We rent from Saturday to Saturday. Rates for year 2008 are:

$ 1200.00 per week for the season
(June 28--August 30)
$ 950.00 per week off-season
(earlier June, later September)
$ 750.00 per week off-off-season (May or October)
plus 7% Maine State lodging tax

Reservations require a $400.00 (per week) non-refundable deposit. In the event of a cancellation, we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-rent the cottage for the canceled week. Flea-treated pets are welcome ($50 additional charge) with the understanding that they will not be tied up outside under any conditions, and that you'll poop-scoop as necessary.
